Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to be processed. After being processed, your order will be shipped within the time frame stated on your confirmation email. Also note, once the package is shipped, Haute Richessé is not responsible for lateness, or damage done to the package during transport. Your order will only be shipped if your billing address matched your shipping address & as well as the credit cards registered address. Everything must match, the name on the order & all addresses must be the same. We do understand college students being away at school. If you are shipping to a college/dorm, please contact us before you place your order with a photo ID and card for verification purposes. Only then will your package be shipped out. PLEASE NOTE THAT FUR COATS ARE CUSTOM AND CAN TAKE UP TO 2-3 WEEKS TO SHIP.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Haute Richessè is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. We're not currently set up for reshipment of missing orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid out.

SALE SHIPPING/PRE-ORDERS

Sale shipping/ Pre orders usually can take 3-5 weeks to ship due to our high sale volume during this time.  We work diligently to get everyone’s orders out in this time frame. 

REFUNDS

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ONLY EXCHANGES. ALL EXCHANGES HAS TO BE WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER the package has been delivered and for sizing purposes ONLY. Fur coats can only be exchanged ONCE and for sizing ONLY. ALL EXCHANGES HAS TO BE WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. Exchanges on fur coats can take up to 3 weeks as in the coat has to be altered. Every exchange request is subject to an inspection and approval.
