UNDERSTANDING PRE-ORDERS

Items marked as pre-order are not ready to ship at the time of purchase.

Placing a pre-order means you are reserving a piece that is currently being produced and will be delivered once it is completed.

Production Window:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 4–6 weeks after the pre-order closes, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

PAYMENT COMMITMENT

All pre-order purchases require full payment at checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, it is submitted directly into production. Because of this, orders cannot be changed, edited, or canceled after purchase.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped once your item has completed production.

If your cart includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless otherwise noted.

Please understand that timelines provided are approximations and may shift due to factors within the production process.

Each Haute Richessè garment is produced with attention to detail, but slight differences may occur from what is shown online.

This can include:

Subtle color tone differences

Slight adjustments in placement of patches, trims, or hardware

These are normal outcomes of production and are not considered flaws.

Pre-order items are non-refundable and final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items, including situations where production timelines extend within the expected range.
